Desk Report: Business Show Media is thrilled to announce that, following our finalist shortlisting at the EN Awards, we have won both the 'Employer of the Year 2024' as well as the ‘Significant Contribution to the Sector’ award for our flagship London event, The Great British Business Show.

Over the past four years, our team has been dedicated to growing BSM, and these awards are a significant recognition of our commitment to having a great company culture while advancing the industry and sticking to our mission to support and Inspire SMEs and small businesses worldwide. So, to be a significant contributor to this sector, is huge for the team and business. 

From our early beginnings with just five team members in a shared office in Bristol city centre, we had a vision: to bring The Business Show to the global stage. Today, we are a team of over 30, with offices in Bristol Beacon, Singapore's Central Business District, and Newtown, Sydney—and we’re gearing up to launch two brand new shows to add to the world series by the end of 2024.

As we expand, we’ve welcomed exceptional new talent across our sales, events, and marketing teams, allowing us to shape a team prepared to manage these shows and continue our growth. We take immense pride in our shared commitment to creating a supportive and ambitious work culture that champions travel opportunities, career progression, and personal development. Back for our 2nd year, expect bigger and better!  The Business Show Singapore is the ultimate event for entrepreneurs, business leaders and key decision-makers to explore new business opportunities. It will host over 200 expert business speakers sharing their knowledge with Singapore businesses, along with interactive workshops, networking sessions, and 1-2-1 advice sessions.

Back at the ExCeL, London for the 44th edition, The Business Show welcomed a record breaking audience of entrepreneurs looking for inspiration and guidance on how to start or grow their dream business. With over 750 exhibitors showcasing the latest products and services for SMES, 350 masterclasses and seminars and keynotes from The Apprentice winner, Harpreet Kaur, billionaire businessman Mark Dixon, Dragons' Den Piers Linney and companies such as Meta, Google and Quickbooks.
